Absolutely thrilled with our stay! The staff was incredibly friendly, the room exceeded our expectations, and the outstanding customer service made our experience unforgettable. Even when we got sick on the last day, their support and efforts to make us comfortable truly stood out. Overall, a fantastic and joy-filled experience!

Hotel is great and well maintained. The breakfast was very good and has plenty of Gluten free options too.. We had a room overlooking the main road which while a little noisy which you would expect for a city centre hotel was absolutely fine. Fede on reception gave us some good suggestions for eating and drinking which we did try out and enjoyed.

Our stay was beyond any expectations! The hotel's location is ideal as it's next to a central metro station but not in the very center of the city, which you can reach even by foot. Safe neighborhood, with convenience stores next door. Spacious and super clean room, with modern design. Daily cleaning. What else you can ask? Super friendly and helpful personnel. Thank you guys!

100 % worth the visit. As a Marriott lifetime platinum member I decided the location and price for this hotel was worth a try. The location is out of this world and the rooms were fabulous. Even better I had a room with a terrace which was huge. The only thing I wasn’t impressed by was the breakfast, but with the amount I saved versus staying a local Marriott property I was able to get a delicious breakfast lunch and dinner in the city. Furthermore the staff really went out of the way to make me feel welcome and ensure my needs were met.

We stayed at hotel Soho for a week in Autumn 2023 and it was great! The hotel is the perfect base for travelling around the city and felt central and well connected for most places of interest. It also has a metro stop, cafes, shops, bars and a bio supermarket on the doorstep (the supermarket is particularly good if you're vegan, as the vegan selection was amazing) 😀 However, the staff were even better than the location! Upon arrival, we were talked through a map of the city at length, with top-tips about where to go, how to get there, and the best times to visit! We used the advice as the itinerary for our whole stay, which worked perfectly and meant we really felt like we made the most of our trip - thanks so much for this hotel Soho! Everyone is also really friendly, saying 'hi' and 'bye' every time you leave or return, which is a lovely touch. The hotel itself is also modern and clean, with an impressive foyer and rooftop pool (a really quiet and relaxing place to sit when you need a break from the bustle of the city). We had a couple of small issues in our room (toilet continually flushing, shower leaking etc), but they really didn't make any difference to the trip. The road outside is a bit noisy with night buses going past, but nothing too terrible and even as a light sleeper I found it ok most nights. Overall I'd highly recommend Hotel Soho, and I'd definitely stay again 😀

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
