        Let me start with the positives. The slightly older gentleman who greeted me in the evening was one of the most sincere, welcoming and eloquently dressed people I have ever met. It was like something out of a 6 star hotel. His smile, warmth and memory is something that made my visit to Hong Kong one to remember. Rarely does such service still exist and he personally passed on a message that would have been easy to forget. The location is also great and the hotel is modern and up to date. The only slight negative was the size of the room, however, this is Hong Kong and most places are small. I was given the option to upgrade, but since I'm here to visit and explore not sleep and lounge I politely declined. As mentioned, this staff member obliterated any quibbles I had about the hotel and if I could, I'd have loved to have this gentleman work for me. He was the kind of worker that employees dream about.

        Very good location. Very friendly staff. We first had the 12m2 room but had to change to a large room. The 12m2 room is really too small for 2 person. 18m2 room is perfect

        Very small. ( company that booked me didn't have any idea about space and class )soon as you enter the door there is no place for your luggage. 2 pax will be a challenge. Staff was helpful and informative. Good location for food stalls, restaurants and transportation.

        I had pleasant stay in this hotel. Stafs were attentive and warm. Located just 5 minutes away from Sheungwan MTR Station Exit A2. Yes the room was small, but it is HK. Breakfast were delivered to my room right on 8am every single morning as i ordered before. We paid for the bottled water, but once again it is HK.

        Wow is all I can say... have never seen smaller rooms anywhere... not even room to pull a desk chair up to the desk... so no chair... the noise level is out of this world - it's like trying to sleep on the street that never sleeps... they charge 10HK$ for a bottle of water that is complimentary in every other hotel that I have ever been... but they are running a special buy one get on... that's what it says on the sign... when I asked which size was the two for one they said any size... I want to meet the people who pick the two small bottles instead of the two larger ones... hahaha... see photo... OH... and don't forget that the breakfast is a roll and 1 beverage of you choice... that's it.
