        The worst Japanese owner/deceiver ever! My mom traveled with her sisters (my aunties) and ended up staying here for a night because the guesthouse they wanted to stay was not available at that time. One of my aunties and my mum stayed together. After the check-in, they left the room and misunderstood that the other person took the room key but later found out that none took it so it meant they left the key inside the room so they asked the owner to open the door for them when they came back. Guess what! They didn’t found the key inside and the owner blamed them for doing so saying that they intended to lose it but my mum and my auntie were sure that they left it inside the room and it was nonsense to wanting to lose it. The owner was extremely angry and was so rude to tell them to unpack their luggage and threw everything in the room in searching for the key! The owner kept blaming them and force them to pay 300,000 kip for the lost of the key. My mum felt that this was unfair and asked the owner to let them go to the key shop to do the copy since it would cost less than 100,000 kip but the owner kept complaining and started cursing them and didn’t give them the key. My mum didn’t want to make any scene and felt really bad so she decided to give her the money and the owner rudely snatched the money from my mum’s hand. It’s the rudest deceiver person that my mum’s ever met! After the check-out, my mum asked the guesthouse that they planed to stay at the beginning about the owner of this one and found that this guesthouse has been known for this kind of tricky things #infamous - the neighbors nearby know them well. This was a shocking experience for my mum and we wonder why they still allow this guesthouse to be operating since they do unfairly business. I wish I were there with my mum. This was my mum first time in Luangprabang and this experience will be surely unforgettable for her. I will definitely tell my friends to not come stay here!!!

        The boss is Japanese, which is quite different from the Japanese I know. I like Japanese very much and have made a lot of Japanese friends. However, after I came to the hostel, the indifferent look of the boss makes it hard to believe that this is a modest and polite Japanese?Then the reception is very messy very messy! I'm just here to rent a motor at 3Pm ,full day price is 120000 kip, because I am too tired to ride motor next day, return at 6:30pm, I ask refund the other half a day, the boss said can't, I ask how about fuel ,because I added fuel at ur guesthouse for 4000 kip,I only ride for very short time, fuel fee can refund as motor compensation? Because I fall down the motor ,maybe there is something wrong about the motor, I want another half day fee and fuel fee to pay for uncertain damage. When I said about this ,The boss's eyes lit up suddenly ,and said she can’t do this then should pay for the damage after she check, she show me a photo about the motor condition, it’s shows there is a real scratches at left side, but I know I fall down at left side ,It’s impossible any damages at right side because of me, and ask me pay for 100000kip.ha ha, too philistine, complete different my understanding of Japanese , after all be a businessman!I am very sure about the damage,my speed is very slowly,and just fall down.On the way to the kuang xi waterfall, when I cross the bridge l fall down at the left, a little injured leg.I ask the wife of shop-owner see motor have any damaged or not .However,no matter what I emphasized about this ,and how I requested about the details about the motor photo, all of my request is refused!!!!bravo!!!!!! I was so angry that I ended up paying 100,000 kip just because of a scratch I am absolutely sure is my fault ! This is a cold, unreasonable, sordid merchant, and even makes me a little disgusting boss, just to share my experience, a foreign tourist come alone ,meet a very cold boss , who never cares about ur injury,and blackmail you by cheap means.Choose carefully!Choose carefully!Choose carefully!At last I want to say I like Japanese very much ,but I very disappointed about the things happened to me.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
