We enjoyed our time at this hotel. Amazing location and staff. The rooftop bar and pool area were great to watch the sunset. The rooms were a bit outdated but over all were fine. The italian restaurant for dinner inside the hotel was also fantastic. The hotel is just across the street from the beach, and there are a few local bars and restaurants around the corner which were very good.

Fantastic value for money and very helpful staff! Exceptional staff, be it the concierge, reception, breakfast or at the pool. We forgot an ipad in the room, noticed at the airport and Nicolas from reception brought it to the airport. I mean if I could give 6 stars I would. By the way, check the pool upstairs on your first day, incredible sunsets and good caipirinhas there.

Room was a good size. We had the city view which was meh. But did make up for it given the fact it right by the beach and you can borrow beach chairs, towels and umbrella. What we found odd no complementary water and the plastic single use rain coat was charged given they didnt have umbrellas for us to borrow

Words can’t express how grateful I am to everyone that work at Sol Ipanema Hotel. I planned to spend some time inRio with my family in law without high expectations and we had the pleasant surprise of a wonderful hotel and team available for us. The room with the beach view is just fascinating. The restaurant is incredible. They also have a Bar Pool rooftop where we meet the bartender called Antonio Sobrinho and he was espetacular. I’m originally from Brazil and he made me the best caipirinha of my entire life beyond all the wonderful care with each costumers. It is definitely my number 1 hotel for Rio from now on. I had a 5 star experience in literally everything. OBRIGADA OBRIGADA E OBRIGADA E um obrigada especial para o Sobrinho, Thiago e Marcelo!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
