        Nice place, it is located in residential building with easy access. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms. Breakfast on order is good and fresh. Good location with easy access to bus and metro stations. Good nearby options for restaurants and markets.

        The hotel and the room itself is awful. Moreover its owners are absolutely rude and impolite: We made a booking of triple room with three separate beds and got confirmation of this booking. But when we arrived to the hotel very late in the evening, there was just one double bed and a small folding-bed in the room. Moreover, the room was in bad condition and the bed was not clean. And there were no one at reception and no one wanted to assist us to solve the problem. The only way we contacted them was telephone talks. During the talk they were rude and refused to give us another room, and moreover refused to return money to us. The price is not small for this doss-house. And it was in midnight and we were forced to leave the hotel in the night, as to stay in that room was absolute impossible, we were forced urgently look for another hotel. We highly do not recommend to stay in this “hotel” which really is just a doss-house. Better look for another place which is more comfort and with better price. Even near Vatican you can find much better and cheaper place with friendly owners. So overall impression for B&B Sol Romae is -1* Reply to Evy: Dear Evy, unfortunately we did not feel that your staff tryed to help. Any way if compare our two bookings (for 2 persons and than re-booking for 3 persons) the price is not the same, for 3 persons it was bigger and we paid you. We have right to express our review about our experience with you. And yes, we ate our sandwiches while waiting for your stuff and after us the table was clean... as we can't say the same about your room and especially bed, which was not clean before our arrival. Any way we wish you to increase state of your rooms and attention to your guests in this wonderfull city - Rome. Wish you good luck.

        We arrived at the hotek around 6:00 p.m., there was no one at the reception, we spent 2 hours calling waiting and nothing, a neighbor from the place nod helped us to contact the boy, we were finally able to enter our hotel! the room is good and cozy, the receptionist very rude and unprofessional

        Nice place to stay. It's located in the second floor of a residential building, with easy access. Nice staff, good bedrooms. It's located very close to bus and metro stations. Neighborhood with ristorantes and markets.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
