I had a WONDERFUL experience at SOLA hotel. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. The staff were all so very nice and helpful during our stay. I stayed with a party of 5, including one child. We stayed in the Family Suite. I loved the amount of space in the room — much larger than I’m sure you can find in most places around Tokyo. The beds were very comfortable to sleep in, including the tatami beds. I loved the amenities included, the thick towels, Dyson blow dryer, slippers, toothbrushes, etc. Also, it’s pretty close to Skytree, which has a ton of things to do and places to eat at. Thank you to the SOLA hotel staff!!

Excellent hotel, highly recommend! The people working there are very kind and generous. Free sweets and drinks provided along with 10/10 amenities and lovely living space. Our overall stay was originally 4 nights but the hotel exceeded expectations so well we chose to extend our stay another night! Wonderful place and hope to come again!

We stayed for 3 nights and this was the best budget hotel we had on our 20-day Japan trip. Rooms and bathrooms are really nice and clean, the service from the staff is highly commendable, and the amenities are complete. We chose this hotel for the Sumida Fireworks Festival, and the owners actually setup a viewing party with champagne, drinks, and snacks for all the hotel occupants. Really topnotch service!

We stayed in this hotel for 9 nights one month ago. This little charming hotel is very clean and comfortable. Great location, very warm welcome with great services. The owners are very friendly and kind. We can feel that they are doing their best to let guests feel like home. We love the shower devices very much: We can wash clothes every day, all dried the next day. Overall, enjoyed this hotel very much. Will definitely come back next time.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
