Great hotel! It's clean and modern. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Rooms are spacious. Beds are comfortable. AC and wifi are reliable. Breakfast spread is ample. Location is in a safe neighborhood only a short walk to the metro. Beautiful views from the rooftop pool deck. I would definitely stay here again.

We chose this hotel for our 4 days in Santiago. The area, Providencia, is considered quite safe in Santiago, and we liked the door attendant, the carded elevator, and the very helpful staff who candidly discussed safety in the city. The breakfast was very good with lots of fruit, vegetables and eggs made to order and served carafe coffee as well as espresso drinks. The breakfast staff served lactose free milk and arranged a very tasty gluten free bread when asked (except unfortunately for our last breakfast.) The rooms were very clean which was refreshing as so many hotel rooms are not as clean as they once were (most notably in the USA). The bed was comfortable and the towels were nice and the shower was hot with strong water pressure - even on the 11th floor. Even the towels offered by the pool were new and fluffy. Each day, the cleaning staff refilled the free soda, water and coffee. All of the hotel staff were very helpful and kind and a number of people at the front desk spoke English which was refreshing as our Spanish was not as good as it should have been for a country where few people speak English. Truly, we would highly recommend Solace and when pushed for a suggestion for improvement by the staff, the only thing that we could mention was we didn't like that the soap/shampoo bottles were quite difficult to extract the bath products. As an added bonus, the hotel was close to a sculpture park and we enjoyed free movies at 9:30 pm with many local Chilean people and families. One final comment, that is important to note, is that part of the street near the hotel is under construction and sometimes the Uber drivers couldn't find the hotel and parked a street over. The Solace staff were happy to take our phones and send special messages to the Uber drivers and/or we met the drivers close to the hotel instead of right in front.

A+ Hotel - clean, comfortable, great relaxed roof top bar with view of Santiago and Immaculate Conception on hill; very hospitable front desk who cleared tour mess ups; Miguel very helpful; complimentary nice breakfast and bottles of water/soda in our room; very clean; hotel accommodates tour pick ups at front door; reasonably priced; good rooftop food:drink; would definitely recommend this hotel.

I was in Solace for 4 nights. The services is not friendly. Mainly younger people who don't really know what they are doing and don't seem to care. Client service is very deficient. Cleaning is good Location is great Rooms are out dated ( same as last I went 6 years ago, but with stains on walls) Beds are super hard... No gym even if advertised It's not a bad place to stay .... but don't be to demanding as you will be unhappy

Hotel staffare lovely! We arrived Sunday morning and were able to check in early which was amazing after a 14 hour flight! Rooftop pool was great for cooling off in the afternoon. Also super breakfast in the morning!!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
