Before arriving at the hotel. I read other people's reviews and was worried that this hotel would give me a bad quality of stay! But when I arrived, the staff was friendly. The bellman helps with luggage. Wi-Fi is also very good. The rooftop infinity pool is perfect for swimming and enjoying the sun. Breakfast was delivered to the room by the service staff. It was a great breakfast and perfect. The hotel decoration is a bit old, but clean! The air conditioner is a bit noisy and a little not cold enough, but I only paid for cheap accommodation and enjoyed so much that I couldn't ask for more.

The receptionist speaks well. The place is ok, to a certain extent, there is little parking, difficult to park, cramped. The rooms are considered ok, not expensive. But the mattress and blanket were stained. It's like there are customers who come to use the service but the blankets are not changed. Turn the soiled side down. And there is still a bad smell attached to it. It's like there was no washing or changing to a new one. It wasn't a stain that couldn't be washed, but it was black and dirty, more like it hadn't been washed. At first, there was just the smell and I wasn't too bothered. I let it pass and didn't notify the staff. But the dirt that was seen when checking out was very bad.

Good service staff There is music playing in the background to help create a cool atmosphere in the lobby. The rooms are clean, there is WiFi, there is little parking but the staff take good care of them. There is a porter as well. I would recommend it to anyone who comes to stay.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
