Fantastic hotel, well positioned in the city centre. The metro is just 5 min by walking (you can reach The airport through it). The hotel is beautiful, antique and well maintained. Our room was very clean, big and with the typical charme of a antique building. The staff is extremely kind, Paulo and Bianca always helpful and smiling. The breakfast has got plenty of choices, everyday something new is added. Extremely happy

Great stay at Solar dos Poetas. Amazing location, super clean facilities with small rooms but enough for one or two persons. The staff is super friendly and vert friendly ! I especially want to thank Paulo who has recommended me with great restaurants and has made sure I was having a good stay. Thank you for that !

Location is fantastic and rooms are nice. It was way too hot in the hotel, and the breakfast wasn't that great, especially the coffee was terrible. Nice staff and comfortable beds.

Great location! We had a large room with a beautiful view. Very nice and helpful employees. Thank you Bianca, Sandra and Paulo for everything! Every morning a pianist played the piano and we could enjoy a delicious breakfast☺️

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
