For the price I'm paying, i believe i can get a better hotel around. Reviews shown in many website look too fake. Throughout my 10 days stay in Japan, this is the worst. Reason being rooms not clean; dusty and dirty especially under the bed. Those with sensitive skin will definitely feel the itch. Also my 1st time changing rooms due to cleanliness. The only good things around are the friendly and helpful staffs but conversation in English needs google translation. Near many eateries, subway, shopping mall, etc. 15 mins walk from Tokyo station.

Stayed here for 14 nights in October 2023 in a Double Room. We had a corner room with a great view of the street below. Room was a good size for two people for Japan standard. Loved their amenities (soap, shampoo, bath salt, slippers). Other personal items you forgot like toothbrush, toothpaste, shavers are available down in the lobby. They also give you two sets of yukata to use during your stay and they are super comfy. Great location as it was right in Ginza which was close to Tsukiji Market (15 min walk), a few subway stations and lots of shopping streets. Staff are friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again when in Tokyo!

We stayed in the twin room and appreciated the full size basin and spacious shower area. Very quiet - we did not hear any hallway noise nor tv sounds from neighboring rooms. Appreciated that elevator was quick and quiet. Very clean room, excellent coffee

Great location and perfect for those who appreciate its proximity to subway station - Higashi Ginza station, which is directly connected to Omotesando and Shibuya stations. Rooms are clean and compact. One interesting thing was room cleaning service is provided every alternate day but housekeeping will leave fresh clean towels at your door on the days they don’t clean your room. Maybe if the hotel sees this review will be able to explain why? Other room amenities like toothbrushes, combs etc are available at lobby level as and when needed. With close proximity to countless eateries, cafes and restaurants, there won’t be a need to buy their breakfast.

Really welcoming hotel which is situated in a very vibrant and exciting part of Tokyo. The employees' English is great - they can help you and give you advice without issue. If you're coming from Hanada Airport, it's relatively easy to reach the hotel. There are two Ginza stops with various lines which are 2 mins away and 5 mins away from the actual Hotel. Would definitely stay there again next time I'm in Tokyo.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
