Overall a good stay here. The location was okay, a bit of a walk to get to the more central area of Kyoto but still very convenient and close to a subway station. The room size was quite generous with a comfy and large bed . Staff were pleasant. Ended up being a little pricey for the dates we stayed compared to other hotel options, but overall it was a good stay.

Location is quite good. 10-15 min walk from central of kyoto. With real food around needs some walking. Directly outside nothing much, with a few eateries and convenience stores. 1 min to nearest metro station. Hotel room is decent or slightly bigger as compared to the rest. It is also clean and can’t find any fault on it. Has a public onsen in hotel which is a super plus point. Amenities self service and staff speak English. All are good. Worth it and recommended.

The hotel was in a great location which was ideal. However, we stayed in a twin bed room and it was fairly small with not a lot of space for our larger bags. The beds were not comfortable and the pillows had lumpy rock-like things on one side. The air conditioning didn’t work well so we were hot because it was a very hot week. Also, the bathroom vanity and sink didn’t have a door, only a curtain. We did not have breakfast there so cannot comment on that. It was affordable so overall a decent experience but maybe better for a couple rather than two friends.

Very nice hotel in a convenient location next to the Kamo River. The rooms are relatively large and have very nice Western style bathroom and shower combinations. The basement garden view out of the window is surprisingly nice but the lighting is bright at night. However there is a curtain for the window. The walls are slightly thin and you can hear some sound when people open and close cabinets in the room next door. Overall, it is a good value for the location.

Stayed here for a few days, and I highly recommend this hotel. The location is very convenient — directly above a metro station, short walking distance to another, and close to the river as well. The room itself is a bit small, but the space is used very efficiently, and it is also quite comfortable. The bathroom amenities in the room are hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and soap (all Laura Ashley); the others (e.g. facial cleanser, body lotion, toothbrush + toothpaste, hairbrush) are freely available in the lobby for guests to take (which I took every morning after breakfast). The hotel also offers an on-site bath, and the rooms come equipped with the proper pajamas and slippers to wear to the bath. I didn’t go, but my husband did, and he said the bath was very soothing. The hotel breakfast has good options, from Japanese offerings (chirashi, porridge, soup) to western (pastries, cereal, scrambled eggs), as well as salad and fruit. The breakfast is tasty and a good option in the mornings before going out to do sightseeing.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
