This was the loudest place I've ever experienced in my life. Imagine taking your sleeping bag into a night club and trying to sleep beside the speakers.There are two nightclubs beside this place, each with enough speakers to accommodate a Pink Floyd concert. We had to leave our room and camp in the living room just to avoid getting a headache from the noise. Getting any sleep was out of the question before 4am. Unless you plan to party all night and sleep during the day, avoid this place.

If you stay here DO NOT take a room on the main floor. LOUD water booster-pump down in the Parkade is malfunctioning (cycles off/on every 10 seconds) and will drive you crazy. Sounds like a fog-horn. The guy at the front desk claimed he knew about it but that it was ‘normal’. Definitely NOT normal. Something wrong with the pressure tank charge and/or pressure switches are set wrong. (Could see the dramatic water pressure changes from our bathroom sink.)

Bait and switch scam. Do not book this property via Airbnb - the images show entirely different apartments. It feels like a 'by the hour' hotel, located directly next to 4 of the loudest nightclubs in Playa del Carmen which continue with music until at least 3am. The apartment I was provided with was quite large, but the beds have plastic under sheets sheets and the apartment vibrates from having such loud music next door until at least 3am. The host "Gina" is as much of a nightmare as the property itself. Be incredibly careful, as they simply rotate guests between their multiple listings to avoid too many negative reviews on a single property listing and then just launch a new listing when that happens. Avoid Sole Suites in Playa del Carmen.

I just got back from a week’s stay at the Sole with my two teenage children. The location of the condo was perfect for us; within very close proximity to the beach and tons of great restaurants. It is near the clubs & 5th avenue, so as others have indicated, it’s noisy, but didn’t keep us from sleeping. The condo was very well-appointed with 2 bedrooms, two bathrooms, a full kitchen & plenty of space. The showers were nice & hot, and there were three smart TVs. The employees were sweet & very helpful. The only reason I am giving four rather than five stars is that the mattresses were not at all comfortable. They were hard. If the mattresses had been comfortable, I would rate 5+.

I'm gonna start by saying the staff are awesome and the only real good thing about the place. The hotel itself is lacking greatly. The kitchenette is barely functional and they only provide 1 hand towel and 2 bath towels, that's it. No kitchen towels for washing or drying. The bed is rock hard and the pillows seemed like they were old and disintegrating. The location was in the middle of the nightclub district, so very loud till 3am, but we knew that. Bring earplugs! The shower was lukewarm and dribbled on you at best. My bad for not doing my due dilligence but if it wasn't for the staff I wouldn't give this even 1 star. Luis and Oscar made this stay liveable.... they are the rockstars of this property.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
