        Great location and staff. The bed was super comfy which was perfect after our flight from the UK. The concierge was super helpful and wasn't priced any different to local taxis etc. The hotel had a bit of a funky smell on arrival but got used to it. Fabulous location. Good selection of bars and restaurants within minutes walk. 15/20 min walk to terminal 21. Has two 7/11 just moments away. Lovely pool but only gets sun until 2pm. Had breakfast included, but it was only okay. Had enough to keep you going.

        The hotel is in a good location in the street that lives 0/24. Pictures of the hotel on the Internet have nothing to do with how the hotel looks in real life. The worst thing of all is cleanliness. The bathrooms are full of mold and not clean. Other people's hair is all over the room. Really disgusting. It doesn't matter how many stars a hotel has, I think that cleanliness and hygiene are the most important aspects of any hotel. All in all, we would not come back here. The breakfast is varied, but also the restaurant is not tidy. We found a hair in the ham and automatically couldn't eat anything else.

        Location is good. Walking distance from happening places. But for room cleaning you have to give them reminder. Stayed in grand deluxe room. In Subject to view from room got just view of water tanks of next building. Quality of India food in buffet is average

        This was the first time I have stayed at this hotel and I was impressed. I have stayed at several hotels in the area even more expensive and the blend of luxury and value for this hotel can not be beat. The staff was professional the amenities were well placed and the breakfast was fantastic especially for the price. Some comments about the smell in the lobby are not warranted it is just the natural smell of Bangkok and humid air the rooms have absolutely no issues. You can pretty much walk to anything from the hotel multiple places to eat and drink close by. I stayed at this hotel a total of four different times and had the opportunity to try four different rooms some of the rooms leave a view to be desired and they do have a wing across the street (Ruby Wing) that might be an inconvenience for some but I had no issues. One thing that stood out was the staff they were professional and attentive furthermore the taxis that congregate in front of most hotels are usually obnoxiously overpriced targeting unknown tourists however at Solitaire they were pretty on par with Grab taxi which I find is uncommon in SE Asia. I will certainly be staying at this hotel again in the future and the only regret is I just found it after years of travel.

        We have come back time and time again for the value and the outstanding service. Staying on the Club Level is a mus and makes the experience from check-in to check-out that muck more enjoyable. The gym, though small, is great and we really enjoy the pool. Most of all, the staff is amazing.
