The location is great to explore Florence (if you mind the crowds of people in central location and would prefer a smaller quieter street, then this is not the case). The staff were friendly, especially at the breakfast who tried really hard to make the stay pleasant. The rooms are between 3 and 4 stars. but overall it is just not a 4 star hotel. and if you'd rate value for money, it'll get 2 stars maximum.

Pros and cons here. There is no air conditioning, and it was entirely too hot in the room. In January! We had to request that they turn the heater off. With the windows wide open, it eventually cooled off, but then there were bugs. But it's a lovely hotel and a nice room, but it would be unmanageable in the summer. Breakfast was good, but no one in Italy handles bacon correctly. The staff were very helpful, and the location is great. Just be aware, you'll probably be hot. Also, there are additional USB outlets INSIDE the bedside cabinets. We discovered that as we were leaving. Now you know.

We stayed at the Solo Experience hotel with our toddler and dog in September 2023. We arrived after a long trip quite tired but the enthusiasm and energy of the reception staff picked us up. The room was very spacious, with two queen beds in while our dog was greeted with his own bed, bowls and treats! The location is amazing, right next the the San Lorenzo church in the city centre. Saying that, our room was very quiet. Breakfast was very good and the staff that we dealt with were all friendly and very helpful. Highly recommended!

November 2023, 2nd visit. Well positioned , easy to start city trip. Room was clean again , service was perfect, too. And fine organic meal. Most of all, chef and manager were so lovely.😁 i won't forget you

Awesome location and a very nice hotel in general. Our room was a good size, but our air conditioning didn't work and ask for this to be fixed, but it never was. The staff are very friendly and helpful except for our air conditioning issue. I would stay again, though.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
