Property is aged but maintained well, with great cleanliness and service and an excellent family room. Went here for a business/family trip and the rooms were set up with a small tent and toys for the baby. There were also complimentary chocolates given, which is always a winner. The room we had was the 1 Bedroom Family, which was spacious with many amenities, including a baby bathtub, cot, and a well equipped kitchen. The bathroom water pressure is amazing. The kitchen has a microwave, induction stove, and large fridge, as well as appliances like a toaster and electric kettle. Some utensils could be refreshed however, as the nonstick pan was badly scratched. The property is also situated in Damansara Utama, which has much to offer in terms of both local and modern food. It's also connected to a small 4 storey mall, which has a supermarket, other eateries and boutique shopping. The access to the mall is also easy with a direct lift to a door that goes straight into the mall. The mall is not for extensive shopping however. Parking at the venue is also easy, with designated parking on level 3 for Somerset guests. All in all a very good stay and I've already booked a return trip to the location!

We have stayed here more than 10 times since 2017 in various apartment type, the location makes it an ideal overnight stopover on a road trip up up north avoiding the traffic in the inner city. With the adjoining Starling Mall it is also perfect for grocery and other shopping, plus the ample dining options in and around the area. Both the 1 and 2 bedroom apartment are very spacious and comfortable, with a fully equipped kitchenette and a proper dining table. However, in a studio there is no proper table or chairs for even simple dining other than a small coffee table at a rather awkward height, which makes the kitchenette a mismatched feature. Generally the rooms are clean and well maintained, can't comment much on housekeeping as our stays are usually 1 night only. The staffs are mostly quite friendly and helpful when asked. Over the years I have seen room rates escalated substantially especially for a 2-bedroom apartment, to a point we have to start looking elsewhere for more affordable accommodation. Also it was rather strange that few days before arrival an email asking to make an offer to bid for an upgrade is sent by the reservation, presumably due to excess unoccupied units. Perhaps the tariff can be more competitive upfront for guests to book a bigger unit as they wish. I have never bother to bid for it and I wonder how many have successfully secured an upgrade this way at what price? With ample food options around there is no need to book rooms with breakfast which is provided by a Cafe in the Mall and food are mediocre. Overall this is still one of our preferred choice whenever we are in the area, but not the only choice now!

Room is big and spacious and location is decent. Service is abysmal, reception is staffed with 1 employee and service level is really low. Staff took almost 30min to check in 5 guests before me, but he had the audacity to allow 2 more guests to cut the queue without acknowledging my presence. His name is Wan and deserves to be mentioned. Management please consider to send him for further training.

The apartment-suite is located right above Starling Mall, which makes is very convenient for tourists on holiday. It's also right in the center of the busy Damansara Uptown, which has everything you need - food, banks, medical centers and hair/beauty salons. I booked a 2-bedroom apartment and a studio apartment. For the 2 bedroom apartment, I liked how the two bedrooms are away from one another which gives you privacy. The kitchen is well equipped too. For the 1 bedroom apartment, there was enough space for me to do my indoor yoga exercise.

Stayed here a couple weeks back with my family, booking was for 3 people yet when we showed up there was only 1 bed. Staff informed us they had run out of extra beds and even blankets, so I was only provided a bedsheet cover and had to sleep on the small sofa in the living room. Great location and nice room, but pointless if you can't accomodate the right number of guests.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
