Really like this place. I find it good to have a fully equipped apartment as do not have to eat out every night and can sort your own breakfast! I was staying for a couple of weeks on business. Comfortable rooms and good service from the staff. Good swimming pool and gym, enough for when you are away from home.

Great service and assistance from the staff. Helpful concierge for both Korean and English speakers. The breakfast buffet was great, serving both western and eastern dishes. The 3 bed rooms were very spacious and comfortable for the family, the carpet was a bit dated. A convenience store in the same building was also very convenient!

Excellent staff service. We asked to leave in the luggage rooms some of our stuff for few days and the request was accepted without any problem.Rooms with all the comfort and quiet. Close to the old city (walking distance)

We loved our stay at the Somerset. I gave four stars for the room as it is a bit old fashioned. But otherwise clean and the two bedroom two bathroom suite was perfect for our Family of four. The washer-dryer in the room was great. They also give you a huge water can for drinking water. The two things we loved the most: 1. Location, location, location! This Old Quarter address is just walking distance from Train street, the Church, many cafes, the Prison where John McCain was held prisoner (right next door) and about a less than 10 minute car ride to the lake, Puppet theatre and Mausoleum. 2. The restaurant on the fourth floor. Some of the best food...both Vietnamese and Western in case you crave for Spaghetti or pizza. All their food is fantastic. We also liked the fact that you can exchange currency at the lobby. There is also a visa card Standard Chartered ATM machine outside to the right of the hotel. They have a pool, tennis courts and gym. We really liked it here.

The room is super spacious, amenities is various, anything you can think of, they alr available in the room. Great location to walk to nearby local food stores and Hoan Kiem lake. Staffs are niceeeee, good view. They also help to keep my luggage after i check out

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
