I booked this place after receiving a reply from the hotel that the indoor swimming pool can be used all the time. However, the heaters did not work in the swimming pool and shower. The staff informed me about this. The staff said they would send another staff to check the swimming pool, but the cleaning staff, not a professional technician, was cleaning the door with a mop, so I told them this, but it didn't improve at all. I went around the whole pool and saw if the heater was working, but it didn't move.

Great hotel with lots of amenities and central location if you're on a business trip! Rooms come with fully functional kitchens too along with utensils, plates and cutlery. It has a coffee shop, convenience store and good number of restaurants all around the block.

Room and facilities are so great can have everything and very convenient! However the service is not so satisfying, standing at the reception for minutes and someone finally saw me. Not even say one hello or greeting. They porter guy waited for me to pay the tip, stay in the room and waiting, if you don’t pay, his face changed suddenly. How would I want to tip a guy who’s video chatting while working all the time? And the phone in the room rang at 22:30. When I picked up and no one answered. Horrible experience. The security guard outside who should help guest to carry the suitcase, always watching TikTok or chatting outside with others. Just helped carry once when I arrived. Maybe because I didn’t pay tips so no one cares about me? I can pay but didn’t have cash at the moment. Or want the guest to pay tips in 50k? Will never come back again.

Excellent. Value for money. For the price, it was a great looking 1 bhk apartment with kitchen facility and very spacious. 4 people can easily stay. Hotel had all facilities - gym and restaurant. Highlands coffee right next to it. Very good coffee. Staff very sweet and friendly. Special thanks to Annie and Hannah.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
