I always love this place for its cleaness and Strategic location. It’s a very closed to main business area. Their breakfast is nice and simple, it’s enough to start the day. I love its room for I can see jakarta in the night and it’s so beautiful.

An upscale hotel apartment in the downtown of Jakarta. Good location, excellent service, nice room, with plethora of various Indonesian street food in the surrounding area. Recommended for staycation or just to chill out from the hustling bustling of Jakarta.

Where to stay in Jakarta. The location is close to shopping centers and offices. For walking lovers, there are lots of delicious culinary delights or street vendors' snacks. The atmosphere in Sumerset is shady with trees. The staff always greets you with a smile and is friendly.

Everything was great. Rooms have full facilities. Bad view tho.. the only flaw was in the morning. Breakfast is hectic! The staff won't refill ANYTHING.. if it ran out that was it. It's not like breakfast was that great or diverse.. but i still wanted my sunny side eggs. So make sure u get to the cafe before 8..location is fantastic. Still awed that people here don't speak full English.. use grab! Taxis here will try to rip you off.

Very nice hotel.. i had only 1 room service meal and was cold and expensive, price on menu was different to what was actually charged. Breakfast was great alot of choices.. the only thing is the food is Cold... please if you can train the staff to heat the food would be so much more enjoyable. Otherwise all good 👍

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
