Very safe location. Staff are very helpful. Only request would be to provide clean drinking water. We asked for more water down at the lobby and they referred us to the on site restaurant. The restaurant would not give us any water unless we bough bottles from the bar.

The rooms are Top knotch, clean, airy and fresh. Comes with a washer/ dryer if you would like to not travel with dirty laundry.. The staff, from the security to receptionist to the ladies and gents that took care of us upstairs, are commendable. Beautiful view upstairs of the city, nice space to relax..supper happy with this hotel will most definitely recommend this hotel

Our family stayed for 3 nights and we were all very happy with our choice. The staff were very attentive and kind. The building was clean and safe. We were able to conduct all of our Nairobi business easily as the location is centrally located. We all will be back for certain.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
