This is a stunning hotel. All of the furnishings feel new, the smell of Lily Flowers when you arrive are very welcoming, and the staff are all extremely attentive. We booked the Grand Deluxe Room which was beautiful. The artwork throughout the room made it feel very homely, and everything felt perfectly clean. Location is great, just 10 mins walk to the centre and far enough from main roads to not be noisy.

We had a great two night stay at Hoi An Boutique Hotel. The rooms are charming and clean. The bed is comfortable. The staff is super friendly and helpful. We were able to book the Hanoi Memories Land tickets at the counter. They also offer laundry service at 100,000 vdn per kilo. The breakfast buffet is good. You can order eggs and rice noodle soup in addition to the usual spread of breakfast stuff.

My stay at Son Hoi An Boutique Hotel and Spa was truly wonderful. The level of service provided by the entire team was exceptional, and I'd like to extend a special thanks to the young Bell man with short colored hair, whose name I regrettably forgot. The Grand Deluxe room I stayed in was not only spacious but also beautifully appointed, adding to the overall comfort of my visit. One of the standout features of this hotel is its superb location, which places it conveniently close to all places of interest in Hoi An. It's easy to explore the city by foot, and when you need a quick ride, GRAB cars are readily available at a reasonable cost. I must also highlight the friendly and accommodating service staff at the breakfast lounge, who contributed to a delightful start to each day of my stay. Son Hoi An Boutique Hotel and Spa exceeded my expectations in every way, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to fellow travellers.

This hotel is breathtaking, the lanterns, the service, the additional motorbike and bike hire was great. Everything was easy and we were very well looked after. The buffet breakfast was so tasty with so much to choose from. We personally loved the location due to it not being so loud and so much hustle bustle, but it was still very close to the Old Town with a comfortable walk of 5-10 minutes. They have a courtesy shuttles bus as well that runs every hour or so, not to sure on the times as we hired a motor bike and walked everywhere. Highly recommend this place, and the recommendations they gave us for dinner and a tailor was also an amazing experience.

Service and rooms couldn’t be nicer. Everyone, from the front desk agents to the bar and restaurant manager made you feel right at home. Even it being the major Rainy Season, Ancient City and main drag is 10 min walk easy. Staff (Phuong is a dream come true) had rain coats and umbrellas at the ready. Tailor recommendations were excellent, fairly priced and had us beautiful silk shirts and a dress made within a day. Breakfast was best I’ve had in a long time. Then again I’m a sucker for fresh made eggs/omelette. 10/10 we decided to stay an extra day we liked it so much.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
