This hotel is in a beautiful location. I booked the 3 bedroom penthouse. Magnificent layout with a private pool. Good main pool and villa pool. And that's where the good story ends. Sadly, the hotel is in need of proper maintenance, deep cleaning and pest control. I was changed to another penthouse after the first night as the hot water didn't work in one of the showers. I reported the cleaning issues daily but it was still not resolved. The unit was so dusty, triggered allergic reactions in almost all of my family members. Management gave me a fruit platter as an apology. I just wanted a clean room which I did not get. This hotel has great potential. Hope the owners and management take these reviews seriously.

This resort has a lot of potential, but it's not well managed and maintained. The hotel needs some serious maintenance around the pool/toilet area. Maybe they shouldn't allow guests to hang/dry their clothes on the balcony. It's not a sight to behold. The toilet is dirty and water is all over the floor. No toilet paper. Service is so so for 5 stars resort. No welcome drinks. Never been to a 5 stars with no welcome drinks. No staff at both pools so the towels are laying around for hours and no one cleans it. If you want to order something, you have to walk up to the restaurant. Very inconvenient. I guess they don't need to sell extra service. Huge missed opportunity for the executive management. Breakfast is decent, but the bakery and coffee are terrible. You would expect they have good coffee (it's super dilute and tastes more like tea) since Vietnam is known for great coffee. I would highly recommend replacing the current management team. The only positive feature is good price and they have direct beach access from the pool, but it's also not well maintained. Huge disappointment.

We stayed in a beautiful villa for 4 nights. Lovely setting and very relaxing. Large variety buffet breakfast. Had a lovely time. I just found it a little odd that we had no pots, pans, crockery or cutlery, etc, to use to cook our meals with.

Everything sucks, There were large broken stones and sharp stone fragments in the swimming pool, which caused me to cut my feet. The cabinets in the room were covered with dust, and the power went out twice during my stay. The service attitude of the front desk staff and manager was very bad, and they even Any attitude that wants to solve the problem will only make you look bad. Guests staying in the future are advised to think twice before choosing this hotel. All in all, this housing experience was poor.

As an FMO finalist for Cambodia, it is a good hotel. but subpar service. Some of the doorbells didn't work at all but housekeeping is very clean. It is near the FMO venue (Novotel Phu Quoc) which we liked. The breakfast is kinda good but should be better. Overall it is just a normal 4 star hotel, it's nice but it's not different. The GYM is good but one of the treadmills isn't working at all. The matainance is subpar just like other reviews but not as subpar as you thought.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
