The location is great. Lots of casual eateries and 10-15 min walk to Parque Mexico with lots of bars, restaurants and cafes. I stayed 3 nights in a modern one bedroom with a king bed and sleeper sofa, 2 club chairs and dining set for 4 people. It was very clean and the kitchenette was useful in heating up leftovers and making light meals. It was stocked with a nespresso maker, tea, (no kettle), utensils, tableware, cookware, etc. I loved the gym on the rooftop terrace. Equipment was in great condition. The only downside of the room, is there's no heater but only a cooling unit. And my room faces Insurgents Ave which is a busy street but the sound is minimal with the windows closed. I would definitely stay here again in Mexico City. It's a great value compared to the big chain hotels and you get a lot more space.

Our big two-bedroom apartment was a great place to stay. It's in a perfect spot near Roma and Condesa, where you can find awesome restaurants, taco stands and cafes. The building has great amenities like a laundry room, gym, and a rooftop terrace. The rooms are of a very high standard and look exactly like in the pictures. Our room had a huge bed, closet space and two desks for remote work as well as a nice living room area with a kitchen perfect for short visits. I totally suggest this place if you're coming to Mexico City!

Great place to stay for remote workers. Had no issues getting more things for the room through the app and the wifi was stable and quick. Location and walkability were fabulous. Our room was quiet and the building felt very safe with security and codes to get in. Would gladly stay again!

Amigos - never ever book a stay with Sonder We booked two stays with Sonder at two of their different locations for the end of January 2024 at the beginning of November 2023. The booking itself was very easy and professional - but make no mistake! Sonder is a first-class amateur company. Why? Two weeks before we were supposed to arrive, there was a message from Sonder in the inbox - they had chosen to rebook our first stay to another, much worse, location. The explanation was very brief: "unforeseen circumstances." The next day, Sonder sent another message. Now they had simply canceled our second stay - without any kind of explanation. The communication about the cancellations with their customer support in their chat was blatantly bad - and moreover, they also could not figure out how to return the payment correctly. No matter where, avoid Sonder at all costs. It is a masterclass in how not to run hospitality 🤪

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
