I stayed at the Sonder McKinley for a quick professional trip and was very happy with the experience. Great gym space, beautiful views, and superbly comfortable bed. When I am in Phoenix again I will be sure to stay here!

Really enjoyrd our Sonder, such a nice way to stay in Phoenix. In my opinion, it is superior to a hotel, and typically much cheaper. We had a bedroom, bathroom, balcony, full kitchen and living room plus parking and a pool. Will definitely stay at a Sonder again

Best stay - felt a little like A home I loved/Will Always Love, thank you, Sonder. When I walked through the doors i began to cry many tears after all the trauma we have recently experienced staying here provided healing of which I could not have imagined. I only hoped for & continue to hold on to hope 4!!!

Our stay at Sonder at McKinley was an event to say the least, and not in a good way. My husband and I booked this stay for a babymoon as I'm 5 months pregnant with twins. Upon arrival, the parking situation was a little confusing, but that's the least of my worries. We get up to our room and that's where things went from mildly annoying to deal breakers. The first thing my husband and I noticed was the breaking door to the laundry room. Which made getting into the bedroom difficult with a pregnant belly since it wouldn't close and was in the way. We started noticing all the scuff marks across the walls throughout the entire apartment. The entry and bedroom were covered in scuffs. And there were dirty hand prints on the walls and cabinets. Once I noticed the exposed carpentry nails on the bathroom cabinets, we started second guessing our stay. We tried to relax and after opening a can of soda we immediately got ants on the counter within the hour. I unfortunately also want to mention the most uncomfortable bed on earth to sleep on was less than ideal being uncomfortably pregnant already. All in all we had to cancel our stay and get a refund. Which still hasn't reflected in our accounts almost 2 weeks later. This place is a great concept but is poorly executed...at least the apartment we stayed in. I would not recommend Sonder at the McKinley to anyone.

i was trying to find something wrong with this place but i cannot. our room ,1325 was fabulous. total high end look and feel. everything you need was there. even a vinyl record player, although it didn’t work. The building is gorgeous, amazing wrap around balcony with sunrise view of downtown , pool is unbelievable and fitness center high end. . the highlight was the complimentary coffee expresso cappuccino machine in the coffee break lobby ! The folks at Sonder were very attentive to a couple minor issues but you cant go wrong staying here. I will definitely visit a Sonder run place in the future.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Refund amount may take 10 working days to process to the respective account from which the payment was made during the booking.

Please be informed that your bank may debit its own separate charges from refunds made to your credit card or bank account.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
