Very central location. Beds are comfy, full kitchen Two full baths in our room, and the amenities were in good shape! Gym is really nice, with a lot of options. Close to a market, 7 Eleven, Starbucks and many good places to eat as well. Enjoyed our stay!

TL;DR poorly run hotel disguised as a high end service apartment using misleading photos. Pro: the suite is decent in size for NYC Con: They put little effort in maintenance and upkeep. As you see in the pictures - sink without a stopper, cracked switch cover, rusty mirror. The heater of the suite was not functional during the stay - and instead of fixing it, they decided it's sufficient to just give me a $30 heater. If this fits your price range and you do not wish to spend more money on a hotel, I guess it works - but if you care about quality, this is not for you. You are definitely not getting the exact hotel you saw on their website, at best a knock off version of that

Photo's are extremely mis-leading, it looks nothing like as advertised. It's tired at best. I had a 1 bed apartment which was huge but such wasted space. Lamp in bedroom was broken when I checked in and missing a plug in one of the tubs which they did sort. My main issue, aside from the construction noise (which starts pre 8am) is that things are either broken, not entirely clean or just old/dirty. The bed was so hard, the shower pressure was non existent, and unless you took out the plug entirely when showering you ended up standing in 1/2m of water. Sinks drain very slowly. It needs a deep clean, there were marks all over the walls, the skirting boards are not clean, the AC unit is not clean, the windows had hands prints all over the inside. The couch looks old and dirty as does the one throw cushion. My fridge smelt weird/of old food. Really would not advise staying here, you are paying for 2* accom at best.

My experience at Sonder was very positive. The room was very spacious with full kitchen. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook, and during my week I did cook a few times. The customer service was excellent. When I had trouble getting the chrome cast working in my room, they sent someone up quickly and fixed it. I also ended up having a family emergency at the end of my stay and had to check out 2 days early. Sonder was quick to fully refund me for my last two days, which I did not expect at all. Truly a great experience. I would recommend Sonder for anyone looking to stay in FiDi.

I wish I never stayed here! Filthy, dusty and v grimy. Pros: • Great location • Nice lobby • Feels safe and secure Cons • The apartment had bugs in the kitchen!! • The apartment is incredibly dusty. • Not modern, a refurbishment is needed. • Bring Lysol, the room isn’t clean. • The bathroom sink doesn’t drain. Sonder is a great concept but the quality of their properties and cleaning policy is abysmal (2nd time at a Sonder property). Will not be making this mistake again.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Refund amount may take 10 working days to process to the respective account from which the payment was made during the booking.

Please be informed that your bank may debit its own separate charges from refunds made to your credit card or bank account.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
