Loved how easy the process was at this facility, even with no on site staff available. The Sonder app provided a sufficient amount of information regarding the stay and surrounding area. Codes for access were sent ahead in plenty of time. Big bonus for the access to the luggage storage at the property up to 8 hours in advance of check in. Room came equipped with plenty of fresh towels, toiletries and a fully stocked kitchen (utensils, plates, cookware, etc.) My first time staying in the west end of a Vancouver, and absolutely loved the location. Proximity to English Bay and Stanley Park is amazing for those who like to reconnect with nature and love the outdoors (such like myself). One improvement suggestion for the property would be the soundproofing of the windows. My room faced out over Comox Street and was located directly above the entrance to the adjacent mall. Early morning deliveries to the stores in the mall could be heard quite clearly, along with any passing pedestrian conversation or emergency vehicle. Noticed some condensation on the inside of the window sill as well in the mornings. Look to be original (or close to) windows on the property. May need to consider an upgrade. Otherwise, would definitely consider staying here again!

I still can't get over how great Sonder at Revival was for me and my partner. West End is truly a prime location absolutely chockful of restaurants and activities. The room was clean, modern, and aesthetic, and they went above and beyond when I asked them to set up a romantic display for our 2 year anniversary. Somehow we only spent about $580 USD for 5 nights. I wasn't aware of the number code system and no front desk, but it worked well and would stay at any Sonder again. I can't recommend this place enough.

Close to Stanley Park and a lot of stores downtown. Fairly quiet although sometimes you could hear TV from another room. The room had a little bit of water leakage near the window. The kitchen sink head was loose a little bit. Everything else was great and we enjoyed the stay.

The Sonder at Revival was so great. Perfect location. Perfect room. Just perfect. There is a decent sized grocery store until the hotel that you can access directly from the lobby. There a pharmacy under the hotel and just about all other amenities you can think of near by. The room was super clean, spacious and ultra modern. I was so impressed with the hotel that we're looking at other Sonder locations to stay. Again, this place cannot be beat. Period.

I really enjoyed the privacy of the location and the proximity to the sea wall during my recent visit. There were a lot of great places in the English Bay Area to explore as well. The app was really easy to use and I appreciated the freedom they gave guests at the establishment. My only concern was on the last night of my stay I was startled awake to a knocking on my door in the middle of the night (around 4am). I know that Vancouver is a relatively safe place but I was frightened and I felt there were no staff/security I could contact right away due to the style of hotel. I didn’t know who to contact about the issue and ended up booking elsewhere for that night. Overall, the rest of my stay was pleasant.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Refund amount may take 10 working days to process to the respective account from which the payment was made during the booking.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
