Was here for a two night stay, Checked in the first unit and it smelled strongly of drugs, and didn’t look super clean some things looked broken, also the pull out couch was broken. Then they moved us to a new room quickly after which we thought would be great. The new room we were locked out of twice. There is a code or a scan you can use on your phone and both didn’t work multiple times, It should never take 30+ attempts to try to get into your room and costumer service can’t really do anything to help they just tell you to keep trying the same code over and over, again it should not take over 30+ attempts to get into your unit. This unit was also not clean, I found trash under my bed there’s splatters on the walls in the bathroom and near the bed and counters could have been wiped down better there was sticky stuff on the kitchen counter, the coffee machine would have been a joy to use on this trip as well but it just looked like it needed a deep clean, and there were a few things that looked like they needed to be fixed. The unit next to us also said they got locked out of there unit many times when they saw us in the hall attempting to enter our room for the 30+ times.

The unit was clean nicely decorated and huge. We enjoyed our stay here. We sat on one of our decks read on the top floor used the gym and appreciated the covered parking on a rainy night. Would be great unit for families with all the spaces

My friends & I stayed here for an event & it was not the most pleasant experience. When we first arrived to our apartment it smelled very strongly of weed & we were also informed the pull out couch was broken & unusable after we had already checked in. They were accommodating to this issue & offered us a different room. We went to go check the new apartment to ensure everything was fine & then grabbed our belongings to move ,but when we got to the room 5 mins later we were locked out due to the code not working. We called Sonder to fix the issue again & the only solution offered to us was to keep trying the code. We waited 30 mins outside of our apartment on phone with Sonder support & eventually we got into our apartment. The next night we arrived back at the apartment very late & the code was not working again. We called Sonder & told them that we have already tried the code several times & that we would like a different solution if possible but yet again the only solution offered was to keep trying the code. The people in the apartment next to us told us they had the same issue. Although Sonder was very accommodating at first this stay was way more of a hassle than it should’ve been.

Unit was reserved for family members visiting Atlanta. My family was very happy with the cleanliness of the unit and the awesome amenities. The giftbag was a nice touch!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
