The room was nice and clean. And you could make yourself as much tea and coffee as you wanted. The only downside of the room was, that you couldn't open the window to get some fresh air. But what i personaly liked the most was the staff. All of them where so friendly. The guy at Check-in in was so kind and welcoming, the guy in the evening always asked me If i was okay after returning from my daily adventures in London and the women that helped me Check Out was so sweet. Since it was early in the morning and dark outside she walked me to the bus stop in front of the Hotel and helped me get on the right bus. Perfect costumer Service. Thank you so much again for that! I really enjoyed my stay!

It's my regular place to stay every time I'm in London. It's lovely hotel with nicely decorated rooms. Staff It's very friendly. It also easy to book when you have an app when you get regular updates and loyalty discount.

This hotel serve his purpose: having a peaceful night to a decent price. I didn't have any issue with my room and there was a staff available at the front desk almost all the time. Though a thing could be improved: the curtain let some light go through at the morning which can make you wake up earlier than planned.

I have never in my life had to change hotels as I am not terribly demanding, but this was so awful, that I had to leave after the first night. First, it looks nothing like the pictures - it is dingy, dark, and unpleasant. I was given a ground floor room, which was like being in a semi-basement. It's not even a hotel but a couple of connected buildings. There is absolutely no service - that's how they save money. Last, but not least, I was bitten during the night. After I contacted the hotel via email, they offered half of my money back, even though I booked it for free nights. Stay away.

The room was quite nice, comfortable bed, toiletries and towels provided, as well as hair dryer and they have the iron on site. WiFi was fast. The check in can be done online and the instructions are clear how to get in. Location was good - there are a few direct bus lines to Oxford street. There are lockers that are free of charge where you can store luggage if you need to (after check out or similar). Check in is kind of late - 16:00h and it’s only possible to get in earlier if you pay.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
