Great location, normal city white noise, beautiful rooms and building. Security was great and felt safe. The whole building was historic and welcoming. Water is a bit slow, but nice and hot once it gets there! A wonderful stay for a great price. Highly recommend and would love to stay again.

Update: the water did not run for the entire trip. In the last 2 days i just gave up. The team did not come back to me, they barely replied and there was no support. I have been lied there are problems with the municipality supply - I have checked with the other buildings and there was no problem. Please stay away from this. I have paid to stay in misery and not have bare necessities. It was that bad up until the point where the toilet did not flush. — — — Staying here currently - the room is ran down, definitely needs attention. There is damage on the walls and the overall feel is that is a dirty place. However it’s been no hot water. At all. On top of that the shower is broken. Minimal support and no fix to the problem. It’s unacceptable for an accomodation to lack the basics. I don’t recommend at all. Please stay away.

Had severe water issues our whole trip. My partner had a bad tummy and was forced to leave the toilet un-flushed due to a lack of running water. We were both unable to shower for three nights and the one night we were able to, had to do it with painfully cold water. Complaints fell on deaf ears. Nice building but wouldn’t ever stay again

Awful stay. Dirty rooms, other people’s hair everywhere. No hot water for four full days (and yes, we let it run…), and no water at all for 36+ hours. The toilet didn’t flush for four days. Zero communication about the issues, we had to relay via the online chat which was useless. We couldn’t do some of our activities in CDMX as we couldn’t shower and clean ourselves. Offered a dismal $80USD refund when paying $300USD, the company are completely delirious to not refund customers for an awful stay. PLEASE AVOID.

Everything was great! The area wasn’t noisy at all, the room was very spacious, it had all we needed like hair dryer, mini fridge and basic toiletries. The location is spot on. The only area of improvement would be to consider AC units. Mexico was pretty hot and that would be a great add on. Even tho there was no AC, the room had a fan which saved us from melting. I would suggest the staff to clean the fan since it was a bit dusty. Other than that, great place, nice staff and easy check in & check out process.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Refund amount may take 10 working days to process to the respective account from which the payment was made during the booking.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
