This location was a great home base for my 9 day stay in Mexico City. My 1BR apartment was clean and spacious, well stocked with dishes and utensils, laundry and soap were available, and staff were friendly. While I appreciated being in a sleepier part of Roma, people who want to be closer to the area's best bars and restaurants may want to choose a location closer to Roma Norte. But I found it easily walkable or accessible via Metro Bus. My room wasn't right on Ave Insurgentes, so it was quiet enough for me as someone who was already coming from a big city.

Great location and nicely set up rooms. There's the obvious noise being on Insurgentes, but the windows do well to block out most of the street noise. Beds are very comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. Would stay here again!

Amazing accomodations and in the perfect location! My mom, sister and I came to CDMX for a week and this apartment had absolutely everything you could need. The building staff was great and the room was clean. We got a room with a balcony that had an amazing view of the entire city! You have everything within walking distance, shops, grocery, parks and restaurants. The Sonder staff also was available 24/7 in a quick chat through their app. The check-in process was easy and everything works with a code, so we felt secure the entire stay. 10/10 highly reccomend. Wish I could live there long-term.

My experience booking Sonder for the first time was great. Beautiful apartment in a great location. Clean building, clean apartment. I love the easy and detailed information about the apartments. My only negative part of the experience was the customer service before the trip. I paid for early check in and upon checking my reservation details days before the trip I noticed my early check in was removed. Once I contacted customer service I learned that my room was changed but the early check in wasn’t transferred. I spoke to multiple reps and I had a different response from all of them. Eventually everything worked out. I will definitely continue booking with Sonder.

Location is great (but loud) and rooms look nicely furnished. However, the rooms a) are very hot (only AC in bedroom, none in living room --> "balcony" is not really a balcony as it's surrounded by a glass facade preventing access to fresh air + AC generator is on "balcony", so extra heat stays in apartment), b) come with poor internet (not great for calls, sometimes not even great for surfing the web) and c) do not come with convenient desks for working (nor is there a dedicated "business room" in the entire Sonder building) - actually the only suitable "desk" (the one in the bedroom with AC) is too low (bad for back) and AC is dripping. Unless you need a place to sleep only (with AC, otherwise too hot), I cannot recommend the place. We had quite some issues in the apartment but service is very slow, doesn't apologize and overall, is very transactional and not very helpful (everything is through a laggy app, service desk in lobby doesn't even greet you nor would they dare to help opening the door on first day of arrival with all your luggage).

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Special discounted rates provided by the hotel are non-refundable. In case of cancelling any such booking, user will not get any refund in return.

Refund amount may take 10 working days to process to the respective account from which the payment was made during the booking.

Please be informed that your bank may debit its own separate charges from refunds made to your credit card or bank account.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
