This is our 5th Sonder experience and we are always very happy and satisfied. Los Arcos is at a great location, minutes from the VERY touristic area of Barcelona (so except everything and anything…). The overall digital services are great. I would have love to be able to get a room cleaning after 2 nights, but the hotel doesn’t offer this service yet. The room is comfortable, we had a little terrasse that we appreciated. Overall, loved our stay. We pick Sonder again and would recommend this hotel if you’re in Barcelona. PS: The bed is really loud (I don’t know what kind of box spring it’s on, but it creaks). The walls are paper thin, so there could be a bit of noise and a few little things need to be fixed. Overall, not a big deal.

Very good location, not right on Rambla, but very close. The noise was lower then expected, the building is very well insulated. You have access to lockers, a terrace (not serviced) and a bathroom before you check-in and after you check-out, this alone is very helpful. Bathroom and the bed are top notch.

Amazing location, if your are eager to take in the most experiences you can while in Barcelona, this is an excellent choice. You are centralized to so many amazing restaurants and shops, not to mention you are very close to transit station to move you throughout the city. The rooms were gorgeous and very clean. The buildings rooftop patios was an excellent surprise that we utilized when we could. Would recommend to family and friends

Unbearable Noise Nightmare – Do Not Consider for Long-Term Stay I am extremely disappointed with my long-term stay experience at the Sonder property at Los Arcos. From day one, noise has been an incessant problem on every floor they've placed us. Despite our attempts to find a resolution, the management's response has been dismissive and, quite frankly, rude. Not only does the building suffer from constant noise disruptions from nearby clubs, but there's an additional issue with the ventilation system on the top floor. This not only amplifies the disturbance but goes to the extent of making the bed vibrate, rendering any attempt at a peaceful night's sleep futile. What's more frustrating is the management's refusal to acknowledge the evident noise problem within the building, choosing instead to label us as "too sensitive." This lack of empathy and accountability is unacceptable. Consider this a warning to anyone contemplating a long-term stay at this Sonder property. Sleepless nights and unresponsive management make it an unfit choice for those seeking a peaceful and restful living environment. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere for a comfortable and quiet residence.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Refund amount may take 10 working days to process to the respective account from which the payment was made during the booking.

Please be informed that your bank may debit its own separate charges from refunds made to your credit card or bank account.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
