Really impressed with the apartment. It's like new and very clean. Very complete kitchen utensils and appliances. Location is very near grocery store. Coming from a tropical country (Malaysia) to a cold country, we hope that the hot water shower supply is consistent and it was. Totally satisfied with the stay. Will highly recommend this place.

Excellent location with lots of food markets and restaurants nearby. Easy access to Metro. Two bedroom, two bath apartment was well laid out. Kitchen is well equipped. Laundry machine is a plus, but it is quite small and takes several hours for a cycle. I wish they had a laundry line for drying clothes. Luggage lockers in lobby were a big plus for our arrival and departure.

This is the second time I use Sonder services and am so glad to discover them. Apartments are in great location, clean and with all the amenities needed when away from home. Customer service have gone beyond their way to make you feel that all your needs are met. I highly recommend Sonder to anyone who wants yo have a pleasant time while away on business or vacation. This apartment at Malasaña met all our needs. Lots of places to eat and nearby main attractions.

Great stay and experience overall. We had an issue with a leak from the a/c unit in one of the bathrooms, but the team was quick to respond. They even moved us to a new room for the last two nights when the issue started. Will always appreciate their quick action, and attention to detail. The flat was extremely clean, had great amenities, and was centrally-located. Will definitely be back!

Really the only thing we didn't like is the noise generated by the Burgers sales that is right at the entrance of the hotel generates noise, meetings and constant noise until late at night. The rest, everything else is perfect, the rooms lack nothing, technological level great , excellent staff's attention and the location is perfect, you have everything within walking distance, amazing experience. We will repeat but in a room that does not face the front street..
