Very convenient location if you are hanging in West Loop, going to the United Center. Great restaurants within walking distance. You can get on the metro and you're downtown within 10 minutes. Rooms are thoughtfully decorated with a full kitchen and washer/dryer. If you are on the 2nd floor you will hear the nightclub below you until 2AM.

Few little minor, things in being of my stay but was sorted out very quickly. Very helpful staff always on hand. Better to use mobile key 🔑 for your stay takes stress away from having to tap in each time. Had a lovey, stay will stay again with Sonder.

Beautiful room, UNREAL noise from the nightclub. Room was vibrating, constant loud beats for hours. Ear plugs and noise machine are useless. If you plan to be out til 2 or 3am, you’ll avoid it. Otherwise, you will not sleep. A real shame given how great the place is otherwise. I LOVED my room and the location. The nightclub is a disaster for this property. Can’t even fathom how it was permitted to open.

Great place. Right off on Randolph and Ogden, so it’s easy access to Fulton Market. Kashmir is on the first floor which was also a great place to hang and meet great people. The bartenders and DJs create a very chill vibe. Loved it. Was very helpful for my time there. Also, parking was free which was helpful and area was very safe and clean. The studio space was perfect for what I needed to do in the time I was there. Note that I was on the 4th floor so I couldn’t hear the music unless I went to the 1st floor. If you’re not a light sleeper, then, it may be tough for you to sleep on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. But I’d say go enjoy the vibe. ;)

Do NOT underestimate how loud the nightclub below will be. It's open Thursday through Saturday nights, so if you're staying those nights your room will be THUMPING until 2am (3am on Sat). If you're there other nights, you're in the clear. I must add that Sonder handled the issue quite well and relocated me to another property for Friday & Saturday night at no additional charge (Results may vary). The room itself was nice, well appointed and clean. The neighborhood was great with easy street parking all around. Just too bad about the night club.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
