My husband and I stayed here for our delayed honeymoon and had a wonderful experience. The room was beautiful and clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, they even helped us store our bags since we arrived early and our room wasn’t quite ready. The hotel is in the perfect location, so close to so many attractions and wonderful restaurants. When we come back to Rome we will stay here again!

We had a WONDERFUL 3 night stay at Sonder Montevecchio! It was perfect for our family of three, including our 3 year old. We were on the top floor in unit 5B and the view from the back balcony was stunning and simply peaceful, especially for city centre. Being able to take an outdoor shower with this view was good for the soul! A very special thanks goes to Marcello, concierge extraordinaire! Being able to get our bearings in the city with his help was priceless. On top of this, chilling out with him in the lounge and talking about nothing and everything was a pleasure! Thank you Marcello and Sonder Montevecchio for a wonderful time!

This Sonder location is in an absolutely gorgeous building and a really cool Roman neighbourhood with great wine bars and vintage shops. Close walk to all the big tourist heavy hitters like the Pantheon and the Trevi Fountain. I wish we could've stayed longer. I will 100% come back and stay in that neighbourhood. Sonder went above and beyond with their 24hr WhatsApp concierge service -- they reserved me a taxi late at night for early the following morning to take me to the airport and offered support when I couldn't find the taxi!! I was impressed by this level of service and convenience they offer to their guests. Thank you!

My stay with Sonder in Rome was perfect. The apartment is beyond beautiful, and the location can't be beat. The staff are quite friendly and helpful. I was able to use the storage lockers to hold my luggage before and after checkout.

Great location, highly recommend, the apartment was as described and perfect for our needs (needless to say Rome is an old city with old buildings and one should not expect lavish layouts), and the Sonder people were very helpful and prompt if we had any requests or issues. I highly recommend Sonder!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
