The location is good and the building is beautiful, but it's impossible to sleep before 3am. While there's a warning about the noise on the Sonder site, they don't say there are two bars directly downstairs in the same building that blast music all night. Would be an amazing stay for folks wanting to party in CDMX, just wish they had been honest about that. Service when I reported the issue was lovely though and fixed my problem. Would overall recommend Sonder, just not this property for a good night's sleep.

Absolutely love staying here. I've stayed twice and will continue to every time I am in Mexico City. Great location, walking distance to tons of restaurants, plus there a great bar and coffee shop right downstairs. The rooms are clean, comfortable and I love the products they give! I've stayed here with friends and solo, and always felt very safe!

I stayed in room 7 Location: Parian Sonder is great for someone looking to go out and party at night. There is a bar and spin studio downstairs that play very LOUD music. If noise doesn’t bother you this is the location for you. It feels fairly safe to walk around at night. There’s a mix of people in this area. Great food within walking distance and things to do are just an Uber ride away. You’ll have to send a message via app to get extra towels, toilet paper and anything else you may need. There isn’t cleaning service during your stay unless requested. Water filter available passed room 8. You need a code to get in the 2nd floor where rooms are located. Which makes you feel secure. My shower did have mold growth and shower was clogged. There is no AC just a fan. Tv had Netflix available. Room has small fridge. Loved area it was located in, plaza is beautiful. Day of the dead decor was beautiful

Other guests have mentioned the loud noise, and they are NOT exaggerating! Unless you were drunk, I honestly do not know how you could get a good night's sleep here. My colleague (staying in another room) submitted a work order for both of our rooms and we never received a reply or had the issues attended to. The noise machine and ear plugs options are a gesture in the right direction, but I would never stay here again. It's a place for the party crowd, not actual adults seeking a good night's rest after a long day working/touring in CDMX.

This place is a scam, there’s a night club under the bedrooms that blasts music since 7.30pm. Impossible to sleep. Had to book another hotel and didn’t even stayed a night. Beyond horrible service as they refuse to refund us. BiG SCAM they shouldn’t be allowed to rent rooms they should mention the noice as EXTREMELY LOUD NOISE INSIDE THE ROOMS.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
