We had a great 4 night stay at Sonder Paseo de Gracia. Our room was spacious, the mattress very comfortable and the bathroom was very modern with a great walk-in shower. It was nice to have coffee and tea making facilities in the room. The location is incredible and so easy to get around from. We walked everywhere. The staff were friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay again.

Amazing hotel. Wonderful rooms and service. It is worth talking with the ladies at reception for recommendations of things to do along with restaurants. The breakfast is lovely with a beautiful breakfast room with plenty of natural lighting. The Sonder is perfect waking distance from shopping and restaurants. I think one of my favorite points were the water points in the hall on each floor as getting bottles of water is always an afterthought for me.

the room we had, had a great pop out sitting area. so so nice to sip our coffee in am and have a cocktail at the end of the day. The staff was more than amazing and kind. Great location! Can get anywhere on the metro, but walking was wonderful.

A 10 night stay in the king terrace room facing the courtyard was spotlessly clean and quiet. The hotel itself is in one of the best locations in Barcelona just steps from all major connecting metro, bus and rail lines. Friendly and attentive staff.. they did a fantastic job and were very hospitable throughout my stay. Is there room for improvement? Definitely. The water fountain outside is not desirable, the water tastes weird and it's ideal to have welcome water bottles waiting in the hotel room. I take this as standard. There was no tissue paper in the room either which I saw as a basic utility. They did have a tissue box, it was empty and was not restocked. Room service and the minibar are outrageously expensive and not worth the prices.. again just taking water as an example 4 euro for a carton of small water cost 60 cents in an honest supermarket Tip: you need to do your homework on the type of room you are booking, I am certain the experience will vary depending on your selection

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
