I enjoyed my stay, the room was clean and spacious. The only minus is the bathroom, it was quite old, the shower was very shaky and sometimes it was hard to stop the water completely. There were a few times when my digital key didn't work and neither did my code, I had to wait for a few minutes and then enter the code again. Overall I think it's a great place and location for this money and probably I would stay here next time.

Best Room Features: NO BED BUGS!!! - IRON AND IRONING BOARD - Towel warmers (pretty luxurious) - Stove (for long term guest) - Hair dryer - Many power outlets (BRING ADAPTER IF VISITING) - "Okay" Pillows Bad Room Features: Door to room (separating room from bathroom)won't stay open on its own, must use a prop - Smaller shower (no romantic showers) ... That's pretty much it Location: 10-20 minute walking distance from everything!! Great food and attractions around Service: LOCKERS ARE FIRST COME FIRST SERVE - Landed at CDG at 0600 and couldn't check in until 4. Dropped off luggage in 3 lockers before check in. Other lockers were LOCKED (which means they are in use) - ENGLISH FRIENDLY - Check in was easy just show ID - No one in and out of your room daily! Everything is UPON REQUEST. New towels... ASK, New Sheets... ASK . ETC. Side note: Literally went to sleep in the park across the street waiting to check in - CLEAN PARK AND WAS UNBOTHERED. 20min walk to EIFFEL! Keypad main door and bedroom door! 10/10 will recommend and be back

Very unpleasant experience: - check in is very long, it takes half an hour - no flexibility at all : I had to cancel one night and I told it in advance but no reimbursment is possible - lastly there are bad smells in the room (maybe because the bathroom is wet)

Delightful and cozy hotel in a lovely neighbourhood. A short walk to the metro where there rest of Paris is just 15-20 min ride away. Staff were friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable and the aircon was a life saver to come back to after a day in the summer heat. Nice basic cooking facilities gives flexibility for meal making. The room itself was clean and a great size for two people, didn’t feel cramped like Paris appartments can.

I absolutely LOVE this place. It was so charming and well done. Everything was clean and updated. The innkeeper could not have been kinder. I was “stranded” in Paris waiting for a negative COVID test to fly home to the US. The room was very comfortable. The little kitchenette was just enough for me to self-isolate. The wifi was strong and stable enough for me to work remotely. The neighborhood was quintessential French and quiet. And the price was unbelievable. I hope to come again under better circumstances.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
