+ Rooms were very clean and spacious + Well equipped kitchen + Located right at the Reti tram stop + Excellent customer support (in the Sonder app) + Excellent toiletries - The mobile key in the Sonder app didn't work sometimes; Thanks to the customer support, they were able to remotely open the doors whenever we got locked out - While most places have check-in time at 14:00, this one has at 16:00!

I would happily stay here again if I was ever in Rome. The location when you first arrive looks like it might not be great but looks can be deceiving. The apartment we had was very clean and felt exceptionally safe. We had a coffee machine, dishwasher, fridge / freezer and even a washing machine. The air conditioning was also very helpful considering the time of year and the heat. Lots of really lovely bars and restaurants very nearby too and all felt very local and authentic

We stayed here for a week and do not regret it. The location is a bit of a walk from Termini Metro station however there is the Reti line right outside the complex that will get you to where you need to go. The apartment was very comfortable, the bed was very clean and soft, and the kitchen is fully equipped with cookware. There are grocery stores near by, literally an 5 minute walk. Overall great apartment to stay in if you don’t mind the 20 minute walk to Termini. The location can throw you off but overall seemed like a safe area despite the graffiti that throws you off. Would definitely book again.

This apartment was perfect. Very close to transportation and walkable to many places. The neighborhood is not a tourist trap so you get some really great food and real experiences. The customer service was so fast and always served us well.

Such a beautiful apartment! Clean, comfortable, cool interior, near to all the important places in the city .Supermarket, Cafés, Restaurants nearby. We enjoyed our stay!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
