Sonder Santa Ana was perfect for out trip!!. The room was very clean and had everything you would need while in Madrid. The location was perfect. You are only minutes away from many of the main attractions of the city. Would definitely stay again

To put it bluntly, the purpose of staying in a hotel when traveling is to have a good night sleep. But this hotel is surrounded by four or five night clubs. The heavy bass will keep you awake until five or six in the morning, even if you wear earplugs. Or maybe people gather on the balcony in the middle of the hotel talking and singing loudly. If you come here to enjoy the nightlife, then when you return to the hotel to rest after a night of playing, the walls of the room here are like a piece of paper because some people are pulling their luggage to check out, and others are making breakfast with the greasy smell, the noise of cleaners repeatedly moving tables and chairs, and even the sound of fire alarms will make you feel like you are sleeping on the street. Because this hotel has no front desk staff, you need to call yourself to cancel the fire alarm or endure a private party. I would not recommend this hotel unless you can sleep like the dead person. 🥴

Great modern room with all the extra amenities I needed. There is some echo from other rooms but I used earplugs at night and slept really well in the very comfy bed. The location is very central, walkable to all the main sights and sounds.

We loved our stay at the Sonder Santa Ana. I booked an inside courtyard facing room to avoid any street noise and we weren't bothered at all (ear plugs are included in the room but we didn't need them, it was quiet). One issue came up when we checked in, the closet door broke when opening it. I messaged Sonder in their app and they responded right away, asked about our safety, and sent people to come to the room. They offered to switch rooms for us, we were okay staying in the room, and then repaired the door later in our stay. We were given a lovely thank you note and a bottle of wine. Everything about our experience was great! Excellent customer service, perfect location, and comfortable apartment.

I spend 4 nights in the apartement that was spacious and exactly like on the pictures. Very clean and comfortable. The flat is really well located in the center of Mardrid near la gran via. There are bars just in front of the building so during the weekend there is a lot of noise and until early morning. I didn't mind but if your looking for quite space this flat will not be suitable. I will defently rent this flat again during my next trip.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
