        Do not stay here. The windows in my room weren't sealed properly. Air was flowing into the room. It was freezing and all the traffic noise from outside was coming in too. It took me nearly 4 hours to get Sonder to refund me. I can't blame the customer service agent, who had no authority to refund me or move me to another hotel. They couldn't get through to their manager. Eventually I got a refund. Until they fix the windows and WiFi (yes that didn't work either) just don't stay here.

        The place does not have an elevator and of course they had to put me on the last floor with heavy luggage. The place looks run down the room are absolutely not soundproof. I usually love love Sonder over traditional hotels but this place sucks! Will definitely never stay at this location again. I initially picked it because it offers a kitchenette and I have a longer stay.

        This property is totally misrepresented. Learned only day of arrival that there was no elevator and no lobby. This is on the site, but buried in the fine print 3/4ths the way down the page. That would normally be fine but I was told my room was on the 4th floor. I had a lot of luggage for fashion week so I was concerned. I phoned customer service and they said someone would be there to meet me and help me with my bags. I arrived on time and no one was there. The entry driveway is very dark, fully cobbled and roller bags do not move easily. The stairway is narrow, steep and pokey - very dangerous if you're carrying heavy things, and could definitely cause injury. Again, not shown in photos of the property. The whole thing felt very unsafe. I phoned customer service again and they said the were "sending someone" but couldn't tell me how long it would take. I told them to have a manager call me because I needed to cancel this room and no one ever did. Walked around the corner and checked into the Yotel which was fantastic - easy and comfortable. Don't bother with this place - it's basically an expensive hostel. Still waiting to hear from their customer service. This place is a scam.

        No aircon for summer so rooms are extremely hot. Fan provided but broken. Lock on door wouldn’t work and I felt unsafe. Sonder agreed to move to one of their other apartment buildings in London. I’m a fan of Sonder in general but this apartment was not suitable.

        This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in, the strong smell of formaldehyde and the terrible soundproofing, you can even hear sex downstairs. I tried to contact the customer service for check-out and refund, but I never got a clear reply.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy

          After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
