This is a very comfortable one bedroom apartment, far superior to any hotel room. Great location. Husband and I really loved it. Only negative is insane level of construction noise, including night construction that went to midnight (seriously!) and shook the whole building with jack hammering. But I don't blame Sonder for other businesses in the building doing construction.

Very nice place to stay ! This place has 3 big rooms which all include their own full bathroom. The kitchen, dining area and living area is very spacious and open. It has 4 large windows which allow you full street view. It’s located on a busy street but the building is still very private and secure. The apartment is walking distance from places like H&M and the nintendo store to things like escape rooms, river street, and Leopolds icecream. p.s. a wholllleeeee lotta poke stops ! 👯‍♀️ p.s.2 my brother saw someone get hit & we watched the whole thing from our window so that’s cool !

Each bedroom has it’s own bathroom. It’s located in the middle of downtown. Walking distance to numerous shops and dining spots. The place is spacious with large windows overlooking the downtown. It was fun to people watch. Lol. Would stay again.

Great location in the historic district, great options for dining and entertainment steps from the building. The apartment was cleaned and up to our standard of expectations. Parking can be an issue depending on your arrival time, we arrived about 3pm on a Tuesday and wanted to drop off our luggage so we didn't have to drag it from the suggested parking garage and couldn't park on the street in front of the building so we did find a lot behind the McDonald's that charged $10 daily and was super close and convenient. If I could make a few suggestions, I'd replace the old drafty windows in the living and dining areas, it might even lower the street noise and increase the efficiency of the heating and cooling system. You could feel the cool winter air while sitting on the sofa. Also, move the towel bars so they don't cover the light switches in the bathrooms so guest aren't fumbling around the dark looking for the switches. These were not big issues for us and I would definitely stay again in the future.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
