My partner and I stayed there for two nights and I was surprised with how great it was. Convenient location, the room was clean and modern exactly like the photos, the bed was comfy, and there was even a small AC unit available for use. I loved that I could get everything sorted through the app and not have to wait in like to talk to anyone, it was quick and easy. Would definitely stay here again! The only downside is that parking was tough to find, and there is no elevator in the building.

The location was absolutely perfect. A 20-25 minute walk to most activities downtown, easy access to public transportation, and tons of options for coffee, lunch, and dinner. I stayed in Seattle for 3 days and this was the perfect stay for all the things I wanted to do in the city. The room itself was incredibly clean, functional, and had everything I needed. I loved knowing that if I did need anything, help was only a text away. Check-in and check-out were seamless and simple. With no elevator in the building, secure suitcase storage was offered on the first floor and someone was there to greet me upon check-in! Overall a great experience with a convenient location and clean rooms!

Great for solo traveler. Good location. Offer free water and espresso machine in the room. Only few downsides. 1. No elevator but they offer help carrying during office hour. 2. No chair for work while in the room. 3. Outside noise could bother while sleeping but they offer earplugs and white noise machine. 4. Wifi indicator blue light is too bright for dark room sleeper.

Always wanted something between a limited service hotel and that popular online property share app. Sonder delivered. Surgically clean, easy contactless check in/check out, amazing location. One last thing, on arrival my shower had no hot water. It was the worst case scenario, I assumed given the nature of the property this was going to be a big issue. I called the service number and had it fixed faster than any full service hotel I have stayed at.

Sonder wonderfully bridges the gap between Airbnb/vrbo and a traditional hotel. With hotel amenities like luggage storage (absolutely essential), a lounge, a public bathroom and some drinks and things while you wait. Along with the positives of airbnb like no contact check-in, no weird bibles in my room and no unnecessary things for a lot of people like an ironing board taking up space. Unit was very clean it was also nice to see the cleaners stop by pretty often (assured us that things were being kept up on) Everything worked as it should and was plenty for my girlfriend and I on our 5 day stay, they supplied things you wouldn't normally consider like a noise machine and earplugs which I thought was a nice touch. If I were to name 1 thing I wish the room had it would be lotion. Pretty small gripe but would be nice to have it included. Overall great experience, very affordable, nice and clean rooms. Will stay again!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
