We absolutely loved our stay at Sonder. We came for our anniversary and it was the perfect place. We left our car in the parking garage the entire weekend and walked everywhere because it was such a convenient spot. I read a few reviews saying it was quite noisy, and this is true, but they have a sound machine and earplugs in the bedroom so our sleep was not disturbed. Everything was clean and I loved sitting by the big windows! Would highly recommend!

The Drayton was a very quaint place. Very clean and had everything we needed. Location was great for walking to tons of delicious restaurants. The only downside was the streets are noisy late into the night, so if you are a light sleeper this may not be the place for you, but they did provide earplugs and a noise machine which was nice! We would definitely stay here again!

First time using Sonder so we were a wee bit nervous. Loved it! Will definitely use Sonder again. The apartment lived up to the pictures. Staff are very quick to answer if you need them... but you probably wont need them. All mod cons in the apartment. Also extremely handy to have loads of places to plug chargers in by the bed. Very clean when we arrived. We loved the decor. The Drayton is in the thick of things. Very central. You will need the earplugs at night but it's so very very worth it. We had 3 massive windows affording lots of light and the brilliant opportunity to people watch. Felt very secure. The amenities cupboard was refilled daily. We never went without. This apartment and it's location was a major factor in why we had such a brilliant holiday.

Our stay was perfect, everything went smoothly. It was cozy and clean, in the heart of the Savannah historic district. The bed was very comfortable, and the kitchen was fully equipped. We will definitely stay again, next time we’re in Savannah.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Refund amount may take 10 working days to process to the respective account from which the payment was made during the booking.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
