Loved our stay at this Sonder apartment! Super chill, clean, and hassle free! A couple minor things.. we were told there was going to be a fob for the parking but after check-in were told that it wasn’t going to be available (minor inconvenience). Also, we wish the kitchen had a bit more appliances for daily use, a blender, some better knifes (and a knife sharpener), a few more cooking pans and such.. we made due but they would have been nice since it’s such a large and gorgeous kitchen. Overall we would 100% recommend staying here to anyone, and plan on staying again ourselves!

Very modern, spacious appartment in quiet neighbourhood. Our suite included 2 bedrooms, a small office and a kitchen that was equipped with all the basics to prepare a good meal. The washing machine and dryer were very nice after having been on the road for 4 days. Service is fully automated with very clear instructions. Only downside was the fee for early check-in, we arrived 15 minutes early and had to wait.

We were so excited for our Labor Day weekend trip. We really enjoyed our Sonder experience in Atlanta last summer, so we were looking forward to using Sonder again. Upon arrival, which ended up being very late at night, we realize that there's no blanket for the sofa bed AT ALL. There's also NO HAND SOAP & no shower gel. This location has 0 lobby or assistance other than the app chat feature. They reply that no one is available to assist us until the morning. Luckily we had a small blanket in the truck for the ride. I message them again in the morning to at least try and get a blanket for my son on the sofa bed, and they reply they'll be by in 2 hours to bring a blanket. I said that we didn't want to waste 1/2 the day to wait, & they replied that they would leave it outside our door. Needless to say, it's been 4 hours & we returned to drop some things off & head out again...still nothing. We payed WAY TOO MUCH to stay here & not even be able to utilize the additional "bed", not have ANY SOAP, and no way to get the things we need. We ended up going to Walmart and spending nearly$100 for a blanket, shower gel, and hand soap. NOT WORTH IT! The only reason they got 2 stars is because it is clean. Also, there's no threshold for the bathroom tile & bedroom carpet. I've stepped on the carpet nails twice already 😩 Also, the water pressure is a joke. You literally have to stand against the wall & try to let the water drip on you from the shower head.

I’m very pleased with our stay. The rooms were perfect for a family staying near the museum district. We needed extra sheets, and received them super fast! The only downsides were some water issues, which I feel like were a fluke. The kitchen faucet didn’t work, and the master bathroom shower was a warm drizzle. Otherwise, it was a perfect stay! I greatly appreciated the gated parking.

What an awesome place. The location was perfect in midtown, close to majority of places we went during our stay, the service provided by the team on the app was one of the best I have seen. My friend and I stayed here for a total of 11 days, we will be back for sure. Thank you so much for your hospitality and care.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
