We recently stayed here with our 7 month old baby and it was a great experience. The location is excellent. Within walking distance to midtown stores and restaurants, and other key areas of Miami. There was paid parking in the garage. We asked for a pack and play and it was available in our room when we arrived and it was in good condition. The suite was excellent and full of amenities like a kitchenette with coffee, tea, a kettle, dishes and cutlery, a fridge, microwave, garbage disposal, garbage, dishwasher including detergent, washer/dryer including detergent. The facility also had lockers to store luggage after check-out. Having so many amenities and a great location made travel with baby a lot easier!

This place was centrally located in between the murals and downtown. The ease of getting somewhere without traffic was nice. The safety of the parking and the area made me so comfortable being here for my week long stay with my kids. The facility has laundry in the unit and a large kitchen that offers almost everything except a stove/oven. The courtyard was very nice to hang out and eat in the morning and evenings and the short walk down the street to the bay offered views that were simply spectacular. Loved this Sonder!!

Probably the worst Sonder I have stayed at if you compare to other locations. But overall not horrible as long as you aren’t expecting luxury. Good location and the courtyard was nice. The room was pretty dirty and poorly maintained. Gross mold in the bathroom corners and dishes that hadn’t been washed. I’d make a fuss but it was cheap for that part of Miami and you get what you pay for haha :-)

Stay was alright I would say in between a 3 and 4 out of 5. I have a few complaints: initially we weren’t happy with the cleanliness of the bathroom at all. I had to call because the shower head was just disgusting hadn’t been changed or scrubbed in over two years it looked like. Floors seem like they need a deep cleaning because the bottom of my slippers were dirty second day. The lighting is off in there if it’s not day light it’s very dim. No Tv’s in the rooms. We were working remotely and it’s impossible because it’s so noisy. It definitely was a struggle. I think tissue, towels and the paper towels should be brought every couple days for guests staying over 5 days. I liked the location and free parking. It had potential because building is nice.

Spacious room but NOT FOR THE PRICE I PAID in my opinion it's way too much. Cleaning is absolutely below acceptable. Contact with personell not possible. Only via app chat. No thank you:)

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Refund amount may take 10 working days to process to the respective account from which the payment was made during the booking.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
