You would think that charging a $45 early check in fee would make for a smooth check in, but no. Check in was a nightmare. I had contacted the hotel days prior to arrange for a specific member of my party to check in and for a specific card to be charged. Donna threw all of that out the window and would not listen, answer questions, or even address the party correctly. Another front desk agent, Silvia, was very kind and tried to correct Donna, but Donna was also rude to her and would not listen. They would not charge the correct card on file, causing a huge headache. This stay was not off to a remotely good start. Donna also lied about their shuttle service. Maybe she was misinformed, but Silvia gave me the correct information. It’s also not a shuttle service, they simply make one of the staff drive you. It’s very awkward and doesn’t feel safe. The “driver” was rude, and complained while doing the shuttle service. He loudly talked on the phone and lost his keys. You could hear him talking to himself as well saying things like, and I quote, “I’m not coming back here again so you better get your friends”. It was clear he did not want to be there and it made the entire experience feel unsafe. The room was fine, aside from not having hand soap at either sink. The only soap was the body wash in the shower. The conditioner in the shower leaked constantly and made the shower very slippery and sticky. No vending machines, only signs for them and an overpriced store in the lobby. Upon checkout we were massively overcharged. Donna charged us the $45 early check in fee 4 separate times. When we asked to have this fixed at checkout, Donna again said she fixed it, but instead charged my card both the amount that was supposed to be refunded AND the difference between the original incorrect charges and the refund amount. My card was overcharged close to $1200. Neither myself or anyone in my party will ever stay at a Sonesta hotel, or a Red Lion hotel, ever again. The kind of mistakes made at check in and check out are completely unacceptable, and there is zero customer service to make up for the incompetence and inconvenience. I don’t feel I should pay a cent for this stay.

Honestly for the money I spent (260 for two nights) I would’ve been better off spending my money elsewhere and YOU will be too. For one, it takes forever to check in, they just have way too much going on, very smallish bar so it gets crowded quickly, pool was overflowing with leaves. The room however was decent, it looked clean and smelled fine, bed comfortable. My biggest issue was where they double charged me for parking and didn’t fix the mistake. My advice to yall would be pay cash if you can. Oh and if you’re not aware there is a 100$ deposit + parking fee due when u check in so be prepared to spend more than expected, fun fun!

This was one of the worst “full service” hotel experiences that I have ever experienced. The hotel came up very short on almost every aspect. We traveled with our high school wrestling team of 11 wrestlers. Every single room had problems with the temperature with none able to get above low 60s, which is unacceptable. We attempted to have an evening meal at the hotel after 12+ hours of wrestling. Approximately 60% of the food menu was unavailable and 1/3 of the drink menu was unavailable. The room keys became ineffective several times during the trips and had to be reactivated numerous times. The water supply in the fitness center did not work on two days. Overall, a terrible experience. If not for the location I would rate as “avoid at all times”. We requested that the room be serviced but nothing ever happened.

Just passing through and needed sleep. Room was nice, comfortable bed. Shower had soap/shampoo dispenser on the wall. It apparently had dripped product down the wall and into the tub. It looked gross and unsanitary, so I was unable to take a shower. I'm also disabled and unable to clean it myself (for those who wonder why I didn't just clean it off). If it wasn't already so late, I would have asked for a different room.

This Is by far a hidden secret in Atlanta. The best Sonesta I’ve been to in Atlanta. The location is great the rooms are comfortable for the price and the bartender, James is the best bartender ever hands down!!! And makes the BEST drinks ever !! I recommend this hotel to all of my business clients

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
