I made a mistake and booked this hotel instead of the royal Sonesta and boy did I regret it. The outside of the hotel is okay but as soon as I stepped inside I realized I had made a mistake. I felt like it was too late to get a refund so I went along with until I could stand anymore. Refund or not I was done after realizing there was no hot water. Lucky the front desk rep was nice offered to move us but after I decided to checkout and requested a refund he agreed. The room was clean but it needs major repair. Paint chipped, rust everywhere, dirty walls, moldy smell. Nice location but definitely can’t recommend.

I had the best stayed ever!!!! It was clean and quiet the ladies were all helpful making sure everything was perfect for us .. the area is also awesome you have a mall literally behind the hotel and a gorgeous Wall Waterfall it’s a beautiful walk around the apple!!!!!!! 5 stars from me that stayed in December!!!!!

Ray was incredibly kind and helpful. I arrived frazzled and stressed as my original hotel booking was a ghetto, trashy and poorly kept facility. I has no rsvp for my weeks stay in Houston and it was 8 pm, raining and beginning to look like a terrible stay in Houston. Ray welcomed me with open arms and assisted in getting me situated for my stay. My room was fantastic, clean and much much more than I'd expected. I intend to stay here every time I'm in Houston. Hands down the best of the many hotels I've stayed in while doing business in Houston. Thank you for everything Ray.

My friend was staying here for night and I went and hung out. It was pretty good and price is good for the area in galleria. The furniture needs updating as others have similar for less money around town. Pretty quiet and appliances all work.

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
