Very clean hotel. Staff were very friendly. The pool & hot tub area were clean & well maintained. The room was spacious & beds extremely comfortable. The only negative was low water pressure on the 4th floor. It is located close to attractions. I would definitely stay here again.

My wife and I were pleasantly surprised at the excellent and very convenient location of this hotel. The staff were amazing! We found them to be professional, extremely friendly and helpful and they went out of their way to make our stay a pleasant and memorable one. A very special shout out to Vanessa, Roxy, Gerold, Giovanny, Daniel and the breakfast ladies - Claudia and Joan. This place is highly recommended and we will surely stay here again when we are in Orlando next.

This is great place. Close to aquatic center and gym. Nice clean, spacious, well kept rooms. Conveniently on IDrive close to attractions, restaurants, clubs. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Nice pool and hot tub.

A lovely hotel. We had a 2 bedroom apartment both rooms with en-suite. Though the apartment could sleep 6 with a pull out bed in the lounge it would be a little tight but with 4 it was great. The kitchen was as expected but lacked an oven. The staff were friendly and very helpful if you needed anything examples clean towels room cleaning etc. the reception staff were friendly and always there to answer your questions special thanks to Gerald he couldn’t be more helpful. The other receptionists were just as nice. The location by ICon park is just across the road with plenty of bars and restaurants. Also there was a stop for for the I drive bus just outside the hotel. All in good great hotel and location.

The location is great! They don’t have room service to clean the rooms. The room smell very bad. We stay for 7 day .The first 2 day all the elevators work, but the orders 5 day’s Only one elevator work. The bathtub was dirty. They don’t have a restaurant. Only a small cafeteria. The pool was nice with worm water.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
