This is a nice place to stay. The room was much bigger than we expected but it was very nice. Everything was well kept and clean and rooms are tap in. The hotel lobby has nice breakfast foods and everyone was very helpful. There is a $200 security deposit that they add on per night... And then a little extra for taxes. staff was really nice at the check in desk, the mini store/gift shop and the breakfast bar

We were very surprised at how great this hotel was. We stayed here for 1 night at the end of our USA holiday. We were very grateful we got to check in early for a small fee. The room was massive! And really clean. The beds were the best part. We had the best sleep! I’m still thinking about that bed! There was breakfast and great coffee down stairs in the mornings, which was really convenient and really yummy. We will definitely choose to stay here again if we ever find ourselves near LAX again.

I’m not sure about the negative reviews. I’ve stayed here multiple time, and it is consistently a nice overnight stay. The room is clean, the sheets are crisp, and there’s nothing but silence all night. Yes, some of the wall paper in the bathroom is scuffed; guests can be rough! My only complaint this time around had to be the slow to arrive shuttle at the airport. It felt like I was waiting more than 25 minutes at the departure shuttle pick up area. Then in the morning the line to leave the hotel was very long with people just cutting in at the last minute. A hotel staff should really be organizing that area during heavy times or at least set up cue line rope barriers.

Delta booked us a room here after we missed a connection to Auckland. The free shuttle met us outside the airport less than 5 minutes after we stepped out to catch it. The driver was lovely and very helpful (even at 1 a.m.). Check-in went smoothly, and the woman we had at the desk was wonderful. Very professional and courteous. I did not like hearing that each guest had to pay a large deposit per night to stay here. We overheard one guy being asked to pay $600 as a deposit. Maybe I just don't get out much (especially not in LA), but that seemed excessive to me for staying at a pretty basic airport hotel. Room was okay. Bed was comfortable, but the air conditioning wasn't on when we arrived. It was HOT and felt stale. I get that vacant rooms don't need to be cooled, but a 10th floor room in California can get real hot without any AC. It didn't take too long with the noisy, outdated AC unit on to cool the room down, but we were pretty uncomfortable and sweaty for an hour. This probably wouldn't have bothered me as much if we hadn't spent 8 hours on a hot airplane before arriving at LAX. Overall, the service was outstanding, and we got some much-needed rest. I'd call that success.

Hotel room isn't bad for a night or two. 1. The only problem is the hidden fees they have. Eg. They charge you a destination fee upon arrival ($58) = paying for utilities, YIKES! 2. Parking is $23 PER entry or $26 overnight. No free parking around the vicinity

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
