The room was really cold. I wasn’t able to adjust the temp up and so l turned the AC off. Still it was cold and the blankets weren’t that thick. The room besides that was okay. The bathroom wasn’t that clean. Also there weren’t toiletries provided. I was hoping to find toothpaste or lotion etc. For pros, the bed was comfortable. Good location for the airport.

Amer. Airlines put us up here due to a delayed flight, it was wonderful. The MOST comfortable bed I've ever slept on ( I'd love to know what brand it is). Staff was amazing even though they got swamped with a ton of check ins. Got us Caesar salads w/grilled chicken from the cooler and it was delicious!! AA gave us food vouchers since we couldn't fly out till the next evening so the breakfast buffet was one $12.00 voucher for each of us instead of the usual $24.00 each. It was delicious but I'd never pay that much for breakfast.

Im not sure why this is rated as a 4 star hotel. It’s a 3 star at best. Everything in the room is dingy. It has not been updated in quite some time. Stain on the chair. One employee helping the line of customers. My room phone did not work. It’s close to the airport if you need that. But other hotels seem nicer for roughly the same price. I recommend spending your hard earned money elsewhere.

This place is a rip off. Two night stay for $639. Accommodations are peak mediocrity. Staff is incredibly rude. I asked the woman at the front desk why in addition to paying $600 for a less than 48 hour stay, I also have to pay parking. The surly woman at the front desk quipped back that their parking policy is on their website. I don’t mind reaching into my pocket for a memorable stay, but this is overpriced garbage. You don’t even have reserved parking. It’s first come first serve, that you still have to pay for. With fifty percent of the lot roped off. The lot apparently doubles as an Amazon fleet location? Staff in addition to being rude is incredibly slow. Be sure to bring lipstick if you come here, b/c you’re getting royally screwed!

I have been staying in Sonesta many times when I go to other states, and this was the very first time I received nonpleasant services from the front desk. Whoever working the evening shift on 1/6/24 was not happy I asked a lot of questions about the room I booked. I get it, I booked through a third party but the way she responded is awful. Did not even make eye contact with me. It's like 'Here is your key, go to bed, ma'am' Also, I asked via chat about the swimming pool before my arrival they did not answer. As soon as I got there and asked, she said "No swimming pool, it's out of service." And that is not how you are supposed to welcome your guests. Overall, like always, I love Sonesta King bed. Very comfortable and the breakfast buffet was amazing.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
