Rooms are small, clean, and quiet - makes for a very cozy stay. The place is quite nice as well, perhaps a bit dated but very well maintained. Staff was friendly & helpful for check in/out. The indoor pool is great, very clean and well kept - temperature is nice & the chlorine isn't too strong. Nice view from the room too, even though we didn't go for one of the nice ones. They do charge extra for things like parking and breakfast, so if you are looking for those things check the charges before you book. But if you're just in town to explore the area and need a place to stay, it's a great spot!

Horrible hotel. The ac is the rooms do not work. It’s 89 degrees in my room while 45 degrees outside. The key cards do not work correctly. We were moved 3 different times because the keys wouldn’t work. We booked a room with a king bed and pull out bed. No pull out bed available. Pool was closed due to people having sex it in. The pool was the main reason we booked this hotel. Such a let down

Excellent care with customer service!😊😊😊😊😊 When we went downstairs to the breakfast/meal area, Ty (manager) and her amazing team gave the most welcoming presence at Sonesta and took a step beyond the ordinary. We love her and her team! ❤️ They know the meaning of hospitality service at its best. Dorian (chef) brought so much joy in the room. Breakfast was amazing! Plus, he was so kind and personable that we wanted to stay longer. Franklin (server) has such a pleasant personality, offering whatever we needed and giving us the best service that shines heaven to everyone who knows him. Brian (night shift) provided the best care of our needs while being at the gym, providing new workout mats. The front desk and the people listed above were so accommodating. Thank you for creating a pleasant stay for us!

You have to pay $12 a day for parking which is ridiculous. The room was a descent size but the beds are small and I don’t think they properly wash their sheets. My eye got infected the first night sleeping on their tiny pillows. The TV is the size of a desktop computer. The lobby is unwelcoming and their breakfast is completely overpriced. The entire stay was overpriced and the front desk lied and said the $50 per day deposit was nonrefundable. No microwave in the room and no free coffee. The indoor pool was mid and the ladders were about to break. The tub was stained and the towels had hair in them. The water pressure from the shower sucked. They are pet friendly with a $75 pet fee and give complimentary bed&bowl&ball but the dog bowl was dirty.

This stay was a solid 3/10. To start, I reserved through southwest to accumulate more points. Upon arrival Ben told me he already did an audit and cancelled my reservation and there may not be a room available. Good news after 6 hours on the road. Ben got me a room in 525, or so I thought. Took my tired self to “my room,” used the key card provided and walked in to find out someone was already in there. Not only did I walk in on someone at 3 am, I walked in on people getting jiggy with it. Cool. Back to the lobby to try again. Got reassigned to 625. 625 was clearly a recent flip as there was no soap, towels on the bed, hair in the shower. I was too tired to care. They fixed the room up the next day while I was out and about which I appreciated. That night I quickly learned this hotel has no quiet hours. There was an event of some sort with several several young guests making wild noises until well after midnight. I can easily say this was the worst experience at a relatively classy hotel. The rest of the staff was pretty amazing, the chef was very laid back and prepared great food, the front desk associates (other than Ben) were all 5/5. I don’t expect a reply but this was terrible.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
